Helix One PC Support: Installation, Activation and Renewal

For the fastest help, include the email used for purchase, your order ID when available, the software version and a screenshot of the exact message. Never send passwords or payment secrets.

Installation support

Describe your Windows version, display resolution and any installer error. Include whether the issue occurs before or after setup completes.

Activation support

Provide your purchase email and the license key with the middle characters hidden in public screenshots. Support can review activation and machine binding.

Renewal support

Use the Renew License page. If the expiry does not update after successful payment, provide the order ID and purchase email.

Download support

Use the official download page for Helix One PC v2.0. Avoid installers from third-party download sites.
