Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Helix One Technologies handles information when you visit the Helix One PC website, purchase a license, activate the software, use account or support services, or communicate with us.
1. Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, billing or transaction reference, selected plan, support messages, form submissions and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored in full by Helix One PC.
2. Purchase and payment information
When you purchase or renew a license, we may receive order identifiers, payment status, currency, amount, payer email, payment method description and limited card information such as the brand and last four digits when supplied by the processor. We use this information to fulfil orders, prevent fraud, provide receipts and handle refunds or disputes.
3. License and activation information
To issue and manage licenses, we may process the purchase email, license identifier, licensed device count, machine identifier, device name, activation and verification timestamps, IP address, operating-system information, application version and activation status. These records help enforce device limits, restore access, investigate abuse and provide support.
4. Software information
Helix One PC may process local system information needed to display supported maintenance and security status. The software is not designed to upload the contents of personal documents, photos, passwords or private user files as part of normal licensing and optimization functions.
5. Website, cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, security, preferences, analytics and advertising measurement. Services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising may receive browser, device, page-view, referral and conversion information according to their own privacy terms and your available consent choices.
6. How we use information
We use information to process payments, deliver licenses, activate and verify software, provide downloads and invoices, respond to support requests, improve reliability, measure website performance, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
7. Legal bases and consent
Depending on location, processing may be based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as security and support, legal obligations, or consent for optional analytics and advertising technologies. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it through available browser, cookie or platform controls.
8. Sharing of information
We may share necessary information with payment processors, email-delivery providers, hosting and security providers, analytics and advertising services, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. Service providers are permitted to use information only for the services they provide or as otherwise allowed by law.
9. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for licensing, support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law. Records may be anonymized or deleted when no longer required.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should also protect their email accounts, license keys and devices.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of certain personal information. Some records may need to be retained for contracts, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations. We may verify identity before responding.
12. Children’s privacy
Helix One PC is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for independent use of the service.
13. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for cross-border processing.
14. Policy changes
We may revise this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page.
