End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Helix One Technologies for the Helix One PC software, updates and related digital materials. Installing, activating or using the software means you accept this EULA.

1. License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Helix One PC on the number of Windows PCs included in your purchased plan, for the stated license term.

2. Free and paid editions

The Free Edition may provide limited functionality without a paid key. Purchasing a license does not necessarily require a new download; successful activation of the key unlocks the paid features available under the selected plan.

3. Device activation

Each licensed installation may be associated with a machine identifier. A 1-PC license may be activated on one eligible PC; multi-PC plans may be activated only up to the purchased limit. Reinstallations or hardware changes may require reactivation or support review.

4. Permitted use

You may use the software for personal or internal business maintenance of computers you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for reviewing proposed actions and maintaining appropriate backups.

5. Restrictions

You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute or publicly share the software or license key; bypass activation or device limits; remove proprietary notices; use the software to violate law or third-party rights; or permit unauthorized access to licensed features.

6. Reverse engineering

Except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works from the software or its activation, update and licensing components.

7. Updates and changes

Updates may be delivered automatically or made available for download. They may replace or modify earlier components and may be required for security, compatibility or continued access to online licensing services.

8. Third-party components

The software may interact with Windows features or include third-party components governed by separate notices or licenses. Third-party products and services remain subject to their own terms.

9. Ownership

Helix One Technologies and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the software, website, branding, documentation and related intellectual property. The license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

10. Activation and usage records

For license delivery, device-limit enforcement, support, fraud prevention and dispute handling, the software or licensing service may process the purchase email, license identifier, machine identifier, device name, IP address, operating-system and application information, activation timestamps and verification status. Successful activation is the primary record that paid access was delivered and used.

11. Term and termination

This EULA continues for the purchased license term unless terminated earlier. The license may be suspended or terminated for payment reversal, key sharing, resale, fraud, circumvention or material breach. On termination, you must stop using paid features and remove copies where required.

12. Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided on an “as available” basis. Helix One PC is a software maintenance utility and does not guarantee a particular performance increase, detection of every issue, repair of physical hardware, removal of all malware or compatibility with every third-party configuration.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Helix One Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of data, profits or business interruption. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount paid for the affected license, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing terms

This EULA operates together with the website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
