Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day refund period for eligible Helix One PC purchases.
Eligibility
A refund may be approved if the software cannot be activated, critical functionality fails on a supported Windows system, or a duplicate payment was made.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be declined for abuse, repeated activation misuse, purchases outside the refund period, or if a customer refuses reasonable troubleshooting steps.
How to request a refund
Email sales@helixonepc.com with your purchase email, license key, order date and reason for the request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
