Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to the Helix One PC website, software, licenses, checkout, account features, support services and related digital content provided by Helix One Technologies. By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating or using Helix One PC, you agree to these terms and the End User License Agreement.
1. Product and service scope
Helix One PC is a Windows maintenance and optimization utility designed to help users review supported system information and perform user-approved maintenance actions. Results vary by computer configuration, operating-system condition, installed applications and hardware. The software does not guarantee that every issue will be identified or resolved, and it cannot repair physically damaged hardware.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must provide accurate purchase and contact information. You are responsible for access to your purchase email, license key and account information, and for activities performed using those credentials.
3. License plans and device limits
A paid license is valid for the term, product edition and number of Windows PCs displayed at checkout. A multi-PC plan allows activation only up to its purchased device limit. Each activation may be linked to a machine identifier to enforce the plan and reduce unauthorized sharing.
4. Digital delivery
Helix One PC is delivered electronically. After successful payment, the license key and related instructions are sent to the purchase email and may also be shown on the payment-completion page. Customers who already installed the Free Edition normally do not need to download the installer again; activation of the paid license unlocks the purchased features.
5. Payments, taxes and renewals
Prices, currency, license duration and device count are shown before payment. Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed during checkout. Applicable taxes or payment-provider charges may be added where required. A renewal extends an eligible license according to the renewal plan shown at checkout; it does not automatically change the number of licensed devices unless stated.
6. Acceptable use
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, publish or publicly share a license key; bypass activation or device limits; use the software for unlawful activity; interfere with licensing or payment systems; or misrepresent yourself as Helix One Technologies.
7. Software restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly allows it, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, remove ownership notices from, or redistribute the software or its components.
8. Updates and compatibility
Updates may add, change, improve or retire features. Supported Windows versions and system requirements may change as Microsoft and third-party technologies evolve. Continued availability of a specific feature is not guaranteed where compatibility, security or legal requirements make a change necessary.
9. Support
Support is available through the channels listed on the Contact page. Support may include installation, activation, account, billing and product-use guidance. Response times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with request volume and complexity.
10. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy. Because the product is digital, eligibility may depend on delivery, activation, usage, technical-support history and the reason for the request. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. License, activation and transaction records
For license delivery, fraud prevention, support and dispute handling, we may retain order identifiers, payment references, license details, device limits, machine identifiers, activation and verification timestamps, IP addresses, software and operating-system information, email-delivery status and available download records. Activation is the primary record that paid access was delivered and used; download records are supporting evidence because the Free Edition may already be installed.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a license when payment is reversed, the license is shared or resold, activation systems are bypassed, fraudulent information is used, or these terms are materially violated. Where practical, we may provide an opportunity to resolve a correctable issue.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website, software and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed maintenance actions, maintaining backups and protecting important data.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Helix One Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or damage caused by unsupported modifications, malware, hardware failure, third-party software or use contrary to instructions. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount paid for the affected license, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. The version published on this website applies from the time it is posted. Material changes will not remove rights already provided by applicable law.
